Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 3 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@homefoil.com with your order number and reason for the return. If the reason is deemed valid, we may consider processing the return.
Once approved, we will provide you with further instructions to complete the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, or damaged products.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
For defective or damaged items, we’ll send a replacement.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. In such cases, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
