Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
Open to residents of India who are 18 years or older. Creators under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete the form. Homefoil employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. Submission Requirements
All fields marked (*) are mandatory. Content shared via Google Drive or other links must remain accessible for at least 90 days. Submissions must feature or relate to Homefoil products.
3. Content Ownership & Rights
You confirm that the content submitted is original and created by you. By submitting, you grant Homefoil a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your content across Homefoil’s website, Instagram, and marketing channels with due credit.
4. Selection Process
Selection is at the sole discretion of the Homefoil team, based on content quality, relevance, and originality. Submission does not guarantee selection or a feature. Decisions are final and non-negotiable.
5. Featured Recipe Limit
A limited number of curated recipes (approximately 25+) will be featured as part of the Fatafat Kitchen program. This ensures quality and exclusivity across the platform. Submission does not guarantee selection.
6. Prohibited Content
Submissions must not include plagiarism, offensive material, political content, alcohol, tobacco, or anything that violates Indian law. Submissions using copyrighted music, logos, or third-party branding without permission will be rejected.
7. Participation Process
After submission, the Homefoil team will review your profile and content. If your profile fits, the team will connect with you and invite you to create a recipe video using Homefoil products. Only selected creators will move to the next stage.
8. Video Requirements
• Vertical format (9:16) preferred - 1080 × 1920 px
• Duration: 30–90 seconds
• Minimum quality: 1080p
• Must include the Fatafat Kitchen outro card in the closing
9. Privacy & Data
Personal details collected through the form (name, contact, address) are used only to review your application, contact you, and ship products if required. We do not sell your data.
10. Changes & Jurisdiction
Homefoil reserves the right to modify, pause, or end the Fatafat Kitchen program at any time without prior notice. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
