Air Fried Loaded French Fries

Crispy homemade air-fried French fries loaded with mozzarella cheese, sour cream, and fresh parsley, served in a fun gold foil cone for the ultimate snack experience

Ingredients

For Air Fried Loaded French Fries:
• 3–4 potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
• Water, for blanching
• 1–2 tbsp oil
• Salt to taste
• Powdered spices of choice (paprika, peri peri, garlic powder, chilli powder, etc.)
• Mozzarella cheese
• Sour cream
• Fresh parsley, chopped
• Grease-proof paper

Method

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into evenly sized fries.
  2. Blanch the fries in boiling water for a few minutes until slightly tender.
  3. Strain and let the fries dry slightly.
  4. Transfer them onto a tray lined with grease-proof paper.
  5. Drizzle oil over the fries and season with salt and your preferred powdered spices. Toss well until evenly coated.
  6. Air fry at 180°C for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. Make a cone using gold foil paper and stack the hot fries inside.
  8. Top with mozzarella cheese, sour cream, and freshly chopped parsley.
  9. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
